By using the services provided by Fizmaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Fizmaa. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the services.
Defined terms used in these Terms include (but are not limited to):
The contract between Fizmaa and the User becomes effective once the User first Accepts these Terms. The agreement remains in force unless terminated per these Terms.
These Terms bind the User in consideration for access to and use of the Service. Fizmaa may amend these Terms and will notify Users by posting updates or by other means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Fizmaa is a booking and facilitation platform connecting event hosts with vendors. Fizmaa does not organise, manage, supervise, or control events. All responsibility for the planning, execution, quality, safety, and legal compliance of events rests with the event organiser or vendor.
Fizmaa shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, accidents, injuries, service failures, misrepresentations, or financial disputes between Users and third parties. By booking you release Fizmaa and its affiliates from claims arising out of the event or vendor services.
Partners and Reps promote tickets for commission. Fizmaa is not responsible for commission arrangements between partners, reps, or promoters and does not pay commissions directly unless specified.
Resellers introduce Promoters to Fizmaa for commission as agreed. Fizmaa will make sums due to Resellers available for withdrawal within three (3) days after an Event’s conclusion.
Customers may browse, purchase and register for tickets and vouchers. Fizmaa is not responsible for the description, quality, or execution of Events—refunds are addressed under Clause 6.
Tickets may be sold under either the “Normal Pay” (payments processed via Fizmaa merchant accounts) or “Direct Pay” (payments via Promoter merchant accounts) methods. The functioning of both methods is described below.
Under Direct Pay, transactions are processed directly by the Promoter’s merchant account. Fizmaa acts as a platform only and does not control the payment flow. Refund responsibility rests with the Promoter.
Offline purchases are contracts between the Customer and Organiser; Fizmaa bears no responsibility for disputes, refunds, or offline transaction issues.
Fizmaa is a ticketing agency and does not host, produce, or assume liability for Events or Offers except as expressly stated in these Terms.
All IP rights in the Website, App and Service are owned by Fizmaa or licensed. Users may print/download extracts for personal use but must not commercially reuse or alter content without authorization.
Users warrant that they will use the Service lawfully and will not infringe third-party rights. Promoters warrant accuracy of event details and compliance with any legal requirements.
